Deb Parker has spent 30 years in rooms where the stakes were high and the conversation was everything — sales floors, training stages, negotiation tables.

She founded Brain Room Labs™ because she kept seeing the same problem everywhere she looked: the actual conversation — the one that happens in real time, between human beings — has never been solved by any tool, any training, or any technology.

Deb is a sales strategist, trainer, and author of The Attention Principle, the first book in a trilogy exploring how humans communicate, decide, and influence. She is currently writing The Influence Advantage — the methodology behind Cadence™ — and The Decision Principle.

She lives in Kingsport, Tennessee with her dog Jake.
