These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Brain Room Labs™ platform, including brainroomlabs.com, cadence.brainroomlabs.com, and all associated products and services operated by Brain Room Labs™, LLC.
Brain Room Labs™ provides Cadence™, an AI-powered Revenue Transformation Intelligence system that delivers real-time sales coaching, methodology frameworks, company intelligence, and performance analytics to sales professionals and organizations.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@brainroomlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Standard subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Methodology Packs are one-time purchases. All pack purchases are final and non-refundable once accessed. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
Brain Room Labs™ offers a limited Founding Member tier at $19/month ("Founding Price") to the first 250 qualifying subscribers. The following terms apply:
Price lock: The Founding Price of $19/month is guaranteed for the life of your active subscription. Brain Room Labs™ will not increase the monthly rate charged to active Founding Members.
Continuity: The price lock remains in effect as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. If a Founding Member cancels their subscription, the Founding Price is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Inclusions: The Founding Member tier includes the features described at the time of purchase. Brain Room Labs™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue specific features with 30 days' notice, provided the core coaching functionality remains available.
Acquisition or successor: In the event Brain Room Labs™ is acquired, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor the Founding Price commitment for active Founding Members with a minimum of 90 days' notice of any material change.
Founding Member status is non-transferable.
You agree not to: use the Platform to harass, harm, or deceive any person; attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary data or algorithms; share your account credentials with others; use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws; or represent that Brain Room Labs™ or Cadence™ endorses your products without our written consent.
All content, features, algorithms, methodologies, branding, and technology on the Platform — including Cadence™, the Universal Minds framework, and the Company Intelligence layer — are owned by Brain Room Labs™, LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of data you input into the Platform. The sales methodologies referenced within Cadence™ are referenced for educational and coaching purposes. Brain Room Labs™ does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by the authors of those methodologies.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BRAIN ROOM LABS™ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR SALES RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAIN ROOM LABS™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BRAIN ROOM LABS™ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Brain Room Labs™ may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct harmful to other users or to Brain Room Labs™. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@brainroomlabs.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We will notify active users by email with at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect.
