Information you provide directly: Contact information (name, title, company, email address, phone number), sales diagnostic responses submitted through our Sales Analysis tool, account registration information, payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors — we do not store payment card data), and communications you send to us at hello@brainroomlabs.com.
Information collected automatically: Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent), device and browser information, IP address and approximate location, and cookies and similar tracking technologies.
Information from your use of Cadence™: Sales call data and coaching session activity, Company Intelligence inputs provided during onboarding, and pipeline and CRM data you enter into the Platform.
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and improve the Platform and Cadence™ coaching services; deliver AI-powered sales coaching and Revenue Transformation Intelligence; respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; send product updates, announcements, and relevant communications; process payments and manage your subscription; analyze usage patterns to improve our products; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.
We may share your information with: service providers who assist in operating the Platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics) — these providers are contractually bound to protect your data; legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Brain Room Labs™ or others; and successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — you will be notified of any such change and your rights will be honored.
