These Cadence™ Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cadence™, accessible at cadence.brainroomlabs.com. These terms supplement the Brain Room Labs™ Terms of Service at brainroomlabs.com/terms.
Cadence™ is a Revenue Transformation Intelligence system that delivers real-time AI-powered sales coaching, pre-call intelligence, post-call performance analysis, and company-specific coaching. Cadence™ is a coaching and intelligence tool. It does not replace the judgment of the sales professional and does not guarantee specific sales outcomes.
Onboarding: When you create a Cadence™ account, you will complete a setup questionnaire that builds your Company Intelligence profile. Account credentials are your responsibility and may not be shared. Each seat license covers one individual user.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Cadence™. Brain Room Labs™ uses your data solely to provide and improve the Cadence™ services you have subscribed to. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models that benefit other companies without your explicit consent. If you use Cadence™ during live sales calls, you are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from call participants in your jurisdiction.
Your Company Intelligence layer is proprietary to your account and is not shared with other Cadence™ users or organizations. Brain Room Labs™ may use aggregated, anonymized, non-identifiable insights to improve Cadence™'s coaching models — never in a way that identifies your company, reps, or customers.
Cadence™'s Universal Minds layer draws on sales methodologies inspired by recognized thought leaders. Brain Room Labs™ does not claim endorsement by or affiliation with the authors of these methodologies unless explicitly stated.
Methodology Packs are one-time purchases that are permanent (associated with your account for life), non-refundable once accessed, and non-transferable. New agents added to existing packs are included at no additional charge.
Founding Members receive: permanent price lock at $19/month for the life of their active subscription; first access to new features; direct founder feedback channel access; and Founding Pioneer designation. These benefits are non-transferable. Cancellation permanently forfeits the Founding Price — it cannot be reinstated.
You agree not to: use Cadence™ to facilitate deceptive or illegal sales practices; reverse engineer Cadence™'s proprietary algorithms or coaching logic; use coaching outputs to build a competing product; process call data without complying with all applicable consent laws; or share proprietary Cadence™ features with unlicensed users.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing call recording and consent. Brain Room Labs™ is not responsible for your failure to comply with applicable recording consent laws.
Brain Room Labs™ makes no guarantee of specific revenue results, close rates, or performance improvements. Cadence™ is a tool, not a replacement for sales skill, judgment, or leadership.
Brain Room Labs™ may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or harmful conduct. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period. Data is retained 30 days post-cancellation for export. Founding Members who cancel forfeit their Founding Price permanently.
We will notify you by email with at least 14 days' notice before changes to these Terms take effect.
