This Cadence™ Privacy Policy describes how Brain Room Labs™, LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information generated through your use of Cadence™, accessible at cadence.brainroomlabs.com. This policy supplements the Brain Room Labs™ Privacy Policy at brainroomlabs.com/privacy.
Account and Onboarding Information: Name, email address, login credentials, title, role, company information, and onboarding questionnaire responses used to build your Company Intelligence profile.
Call and Coaching Session Data: Audio data or transcripts from sales conversations you route through Cadence™, real-time coaching prompts and responses, and session duration and activity logs. Audio and transcript data is processed in real time to deliver live coaching and retained for post-call review and skill scoring. You may delete individual call records at any time.
Pipeline and CRM Data: Contact records, pipeline stage and deal information, call logs and follow-up notes, close probability scoring inputs and outputs, tags, and notes.
Company Intelligence Data: Onboarding questionnaire responses and insights derived from your coaching sessions over time.
Usage Data: Features accessed, session duration, device and browser information, and IP address.
We use information collected through Cadence™ to: deliver real-time AI coaching during live sales conversations; generate pre-call intelligence briefs and talk tracks; provide post-call performance analysis and skill scoring; build and refine your Company Intelligence layer; calculate close probability scores; improve Cadence™'s coaching models using aggregated anonymized insights; provide customer support; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your competitive intelligence with other users or organizations. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models that benefit others without your explicit written consent. We do not serve ads.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing call recording and consent in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your call participants, and for obtaining all legally required consent before routing any conversation through Cadence™. Brain Room Labs™ is not responsible for your failure to comply with applicable recording consent laws.
Your Company Intelligence layer is specific to your account. It is not shared with other Cadence™ users or organizations, and is not accessible by Brain Room Labs™ personnel except as required to provide technical support with your permission. Brain Room Labs™ may use aggregated, anonymized, non-identifiable insights to improve Cadence™'s core coaching capabilities — never in a way that identifies your company, your representatives, or your customers.
We share your information only with: service providers contractually bound to protect your data; legal authorities when required by law; successor entities in a business transfer with advance notice; or with your explicit consent.
We implement industry-standard security including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach.
Active accounts: data retained while account is active. Cancelled accounts: data retained 30 days post-cancellation for export, then permanently deleted. Individual call records may be deleted at any time from within your account. Deletion requests: contact hello@brainroomlabs.com, response within 30 days.
You may access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time. California residents have CCPA rights. EEA/UK residents have GDPR rights. Contact hello@brainroomlabs.com to exercise any rights.
Cadence™ is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We will notify active users by email with at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect.
